About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Executive who will act as the bridge between our sales and CRM functions. The ideal candidate should come with a strong real estate background, hands-on experience in selling high-rise residential projects, and managing channel partner relationships.
This role demands a professional who can ensure seamless post-sales communication, build long-term customer trust, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Onboarding
- Engage with walk-in and referred clients to explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads to bookings through personalized follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all project details, pricing, offers, and inventory status.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-booking till possession.Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.Track payment milestones, issue receipts, and manage documentation for allotments, agreements, and registrations.Handle customer grievances with professionalism, ensuring timely redressal and satisfaction.Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relations with channel partners and brokers.Assist in partner engagement activities, training sessions, and project briefings.Support in coordinating site visits, events, and partner incentive programs.Retention & Upselling
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling across project portfolios.Maintain customer feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and service standards.Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4–8 years in residential real estate (mandatory)Background : Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship roles in selling high-rise or luxury projects.Skills :
