Job descriptionCandidate should have at least 8 years of experience in VB.NET, Classic ASP Development and technical delivery Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Technical solutioning and delivery manager role Define and maintain technical architecture across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Review and approve design documents, code structures, and integration strategies. Track project progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks. Implement mitigation strategies and highlight the issues with stakeholders when necessary. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Support decision-making on technology stack, tools, and frameworks. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Act as the primary contact for resolving technical and delivery-related challenges. Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Lead the design and implementation of CI / CD pipelines. Ensure automation, scalability, and reliability of deployment processes. Monitor pipeline performance and optimize for efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in software architecture and technical project management Strong understanding of CI / CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive technical decisions VB.NET older version to latest version migration knowledge will be preferred Strong hands on exp in VB.NET, Classic ASP application development Proven experience in software architecture and technical project management Strong understanding of CI / CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
