The Impact You’ll Drive
- Build strategic influencer plans that align the right creators with campaign goals, moments, and formats
- Track pop culture, internet trends, and rising creator talent—turning them into brand opportunities
- Own the thinking behind format innovation : from meme marketing and barter collabs to affiliate models and PR amplification
- Develop vertical expertise (fashion, beauty, tech, lifestyle, etc.) to fuel smarter recommendations
- Work with Creative Strategy to embed influencers organically into campaign concepts
- Align with Buying & Negotiation to ensure every recommendation is both exciting and executable
- Maintain and grow an influencer intelligence system (costs, engagement rates, past performance)
- Benchmark creators against category norms and forecast campaign outcomes with data partners
- Identify and pitch first-mover talent before they become mainstream
- Build authentic relationships with creators and talent reps—turning negotiations into partnerships
What You’ll Bring
4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent strategy, or digital brand planningStrong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem—across formats, categories, and platformsExperience working across formats like PR stunts, celeb tie-ins, barter, and affiliate campaignsA strong command of Generative AI tools (for trend-spotting, creator sourcing, and research)Analytical thinking—you use data to assess creator fit and forecast campaign outcomesExcellent storytelling and presentation skills—internally and in client-facing roomsCultural curiosity and a knack for spotting “what’s next” before it lands on Reels or Reddit
