We're looking for a dynamic and well-networked Influencer Marketing Manager to lead brand collaborations, manage brand partnerships, and drive business revenue in the influencer marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand onboarding, agency connects, and campaign monetization, with a proven ability to generate and manage annual business.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Onboarding & Business Development :
1. Identify, pitch, and onboard new brands for influencer marketing campaigns.
2. Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual business targets.
3. Create tailored influencer marketing proposals aligned with client marketing goals.
4. Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and retainers with clients.
Influencer Strategy & Collaboration :
1. Curate and manage relationships with brands / clients across categories (fashion, fintech, lifestyle, tech, beauty, food, etc.).
2. Match the right influencers with brand objectives and target audiences.
3. Work closely with creators and talent managers to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Campaign Planning & Execution :
1. Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns - from brief to delivery.
2. Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams for creative alignment.
3. Monitor campaign progress, ensuring timely posting and content compliance.
4. Track and measure campaign KPIs such as engagements and reach.
Relationship Management :
1. Build long-term partnerships with both clients and agencies.
2. Maintain a strong network of brands and agencies respective representatives.
3. Act as a trusted point of contact for ongoing collaborations and renewals.
Performance Reporting & Insights :
1. Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports with performance metrics.
2. Identify insights for optimization and future campaign recommendations.
3. Contribute to business planning by forecasting revenue and identifying growth areas.
