Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement OTL solutions, including Fast Formulas.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for project deliverables.
• Stay updated on latest Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud features and best & Skills :
• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong focus on OTL (Time & Labor).
• Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas and OTL configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Absence Management, and related modules is an advantage.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with global teams.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
