We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the deployment of Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to configure and implement end-to-end project and finance management processes, as well as enable efficient and accurate time tracking for employees and contractors. This role is critical to improving operational efficiency, enhancing data accuracy, and streamlining business workflows.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Functional Consultant is responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Projects Suite - Project Execution Management, Project Finance Management / PPM (Billing & Contracts) along with OTL
- Implementation of Cloud PPM in Release 13 on SaaS, Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality. Configure the Cloud PPM Application based on customer requirements.
- He / She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle PPM and OTL to deliver superior business impact.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud and OTL as the enterprise solution for project and finance processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Configure Oracle PPM to support :
Project intake and creation (capital and expense)Budgeting and budget approval workflowsResource managementEmployee and contractor time tracking (OTL)Project forecasting and actualsProject closure and capitalizationProject reporting and analyticsShould be able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team.Essential Skills :
Experience or strong knowledge on how the Oracle Projects Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules. 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects, with a minimum of 2 end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud / Fusion and preferably OTL integration experience.Hands on implementation experience in Oracle PPM Cloud : Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Execution Management and Project Costing.Strong knowledge of project accounting, capital project management,Experience with budgeting, forecasting, project costing, asset capitalization, and integration with financial modules (GL, AP, FA, etc.) and time and labor processes.Should have extensive experience of monitoring, tuning and / or changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer Skills :Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Should have positive attitude.Ability to learn new technologies.Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM or OTL(ref : hirist.tech)
