Job Title : Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation & Support :
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as :
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Planning
- Manufacturing
- Costing
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Oracle support for issue resolution.
- Business Process Mapping :
- Understand client business processes and map them to Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
- Identify gaps and propose solutions using Oracle best practices.
- Configuration & Customization :
- Configure SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Testing & Documentation :
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
- Document configurations, test cases, and user guides.
- Client Interaction & Consulting :
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and training sessions.
- Handle client communications and manage expectations.
- Project Management :
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project lifecycle phases.
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience :5+ years in Oracle ERP consulting, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.5+ years overall experience in ERP or SCM domain.Technical Expertise :Strong hands-on experience in at least two Fusion SCM modules.Understanding of integration between SCM and other ERP modules.Soft Skills :Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Willingness to travel for short / long-term onsite assignments.Tools & Methodologies :Familiarity with Agile methodology.Experience with AMS (Application Management Services) and production support.Strong hands-on experience in at least two Fusion SCM modules- OM, Procurement,Planning, Inventory, PDH,Manufacturing..like this we can mention modulesPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Domain / industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus.Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM modules are advantageous.
