Role : Dealer Relationship Manager
Job Summary :
Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in sustainable agri-solutions, is seeking a dynamic Dealer Relationship Manager with a Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Agriculture industry to join our growing team in Pune. This pivotal role is responsible for strengthening and expanding the dealer network, serving as the crucial link between the company and the ground-level distribution channel. The ideal candidate must possess mandatory, detailed Knowledge of local cropping patterns & pesticides and a passion for understanding farmer needs to contribute effectively to India's agri growth.
Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :
Dealer Network Management and Expansion :
- Strengthen and expand the existing dealer network within the assigned territory, focusing on building sustainable, long-term relationships and high retention rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all dealer inquiries, orders, product training, and issue resolution, ensuring efficient communication and high satisfaction.
- Drive sales targets by ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, and promotion through the dealer channel.
Technical Knowledge and Market Insight :
Leverage mandatory knowledge of local cropping patterns to advise dealers on optimal product placement and seasonal sales strategies for Kay Bee's sustainable agri-solutions.Utilize strong knowledge of pesticides and competing agrochemical products to effectively position the company's bio-organic alternatives and handle competitive objections.Understand farmer needs and translate ground-level feedback into actionable insights for the Sales and Product teams to drive product innovation and market penetration.Sales Support and Training :
Conduct regular training and knowledge transfer sessions for the dealer network on new products, application techniques, and sustainable farming practices.Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution of marketing and promotional campaigns at the dealer level.Be accountable for forecasting sales demand from the dealer network and managing inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the Agriculture industry, ideally in sales, marketing, or dealer management.Domain Knowledge : Mandatory, detailed Knowledge of local cropping patterns & pesticides / agrochemicals.Education : B.Sc.
