Seeking a skilled Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for real estate investment projects. This freelance role involves strategizing, buying, and optimizing ads to drive lead generation, increase property inquiries, and maximize ROI for real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ads campaigns targeting real estate investment audiences.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ad performance.
- Create and manage lead generation funnels to drive high-quality inquiries and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide timely reporting.
- Collaborate remotely with real estate investment teams to align ad campaigns with business goals.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Stay updated on Meta advertising platform trends and best practices.
