Executive – Unit Supply Chain (Inbound)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for independently managing inventory, warehouse operations, and scheduling & follow-up of dry goods for the unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for scheduling purchases and coordinating their receipt with the Head Office (HO).

Verification of the quantity of purchases against specified norms and standards.

Inventory management (stock-taking, documentation, issue / return, stock audits, etc.).

Monitor storage, handling and production losses.

Ensure scrap disposal at optimum prices within scheduled time frames.

Responsible for maintaining all ERP records and preparing MIS reports.

Ensure legal compliance related to stores and purchases.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality compliance requirements in the warehouse.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate / Post-Graduate.

EXPERIENCE :

4+ years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

Well versed with Excel and Power point.

Basic knowledge about warehousing and transportation.

Familiarity with laws pertaining to excise is preferred.

Basic operational knowledge on ERP
