In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and build relationships with some of the best tech professionals across India and beyond.

This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about crafting sourcing strategies, shaping candidate experience, and playing a key part in scaling high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

Partner with clients, account managers and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and role nuances.

Source top-tier candidates through

LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, communities, and events

Build and maintain

robust talent pipelines

for

Engineering, Product, and Data

roles

Research market trends, talent movements, and compensation benchmarks.

Drive diversity sourcing initiatives and creative outreach campaigns.

Maintain data hygiene and reporting accuracy on ATS / CRM tools.

Represent the employer brand with authenticity and impact in candidate interactions.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years

of experience as a

Technical Sourcer or Talent Researcher.

Ideally in product, SaaS, or fast-growing staffing agency environments.

Strong command of

Boolean logic

X-ray searches

, and

social sourcing

Experience sourcing for roles in

Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, Cloud, and Product Engineering

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage passive talent.

Hands-on experience with tools like

LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, ATS systems, and sourcing extensions

Curiosity, speed, and a problem-solving mindset - someone who genuinely loves the hunt.
