Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in IT recruitment, a solid understanding of technology, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, to identify and attract active and passive candidates on various platforms (e.G., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster).
Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and facilitate the feedback process.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring progress.
Prepare and present recruitment reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and technology advancements to inform recruitment strategies.
Assist with other talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
: 2–4 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
: A strong understanding of IT roles and technology stacks (e.G., software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity).
Communication
: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation
: Proven negotiation and closing skills.
