Encora is looking for SCCM L3 Administrator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyInstalling, configuring, and maintaining the SCCM environment, including the central administration site, primary sites, and distribution pointsManaging software updates, including planning and implementing software update groups and packagesMonitoring the health and performance of the SCCM environment, troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users Developing and implementing SCCM processes and procedures to ensure the stability and security of the environment Creating and maintaining SCCM reports, queries, and collections to support reporting and compliance requirementsAutomating software deployment and distribution using SCCM, including scripting and creating custom packages and tasks sequences Collaborating with other teams and departments, such as IT, operations, and security, to ensure SCCM aligns with business needsAbility to analyze and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsSkills Required
