Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator (L3 Support) to provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise middleware platforms. The role involves end-to-end management of middleware infrastructure, high-availability setup, performance tuning, and incident resolution. The candidate will act as a technical SME, ensuring business-critical applications run seamlessly on middleware environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Middleware Administration & Support :

• Provide L3-level support for middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, IIS, and MQ.
• Handle complex incidents, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes for production issues.
• Perform proactive monitoring, patching, and upgrades to maintain system stability.
