Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our  International Voice Process  team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards and targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound calls for international customers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call quality standards and meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with the team and report any escalations or issues.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
