Lead Automation Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a  Lead Software Engineer  with expertise in  Vue.js, Java, and Node.js  to design and develop high-quality, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  architecting solutions, leading a development team, and ensuring code quality and performance  . This role requires hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with global teams to drive projects from development to production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design  scalable solutions, creating  Delivery Playbooks  and technical documentation.
• Provide  accurate project estimations  and ensure  on-time, on-budget  delivery.
• Maintain  high coding standards  , enforcing  best practices and performance optimizations  .
• Lead and mentor  a team of engineers, ensuring  knowledge sharing and skill development  .
• Oversee  feature development and bug fixes  , ensuring no regressions are introduced.
• Drive projects  through the development lifecycle, from  environments to production deployment  .
• Collaborate with  onshore teams  during  PST office hours  , ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Implement  test automation  using  Jest (Unit Tests) and Playwright (Component Tests)  .
• Conduct  performance analysis  and optimizations during feature development and delivery.
