QE Automation Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead for Functional and Automation Testing with a strong foundation in Agile processes and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in functional testing, a minimum of 4+ years of experience in automation using Java / C# / JavaScript with Selenium, and the ability to manage a team. The candidate should also demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as a proactive attitude toward learning and growth. Knowledge of the banking domain is a plus.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 testers, ensuring the effective delivery of functional and automated testing for projects.
• Oversee and contribute to the execution of functional testing activities, ensuring thorough test coverage and high-quality outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java / C# / JavaScript and Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to ensure seamless integration of testing processes and timely delivery.
• Review and analyze test results, ensuring that issues are documented and tracked, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and actively contribute to troubleshooting and debugging of test automation failures.
• Ensure all testing processes adhere to best practices and are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in testing processes and suggest enhancements.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing goals, deliverables, and timelines.
