Intel Information Technology is seeking highly skilled and motivated Storage Operations Engineers with a strong background in automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, and global infrastructure management. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise storage systems across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in storage technologies, a passion for automation, a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will join a highly skilled team of engineers running a large global storage platform consisting of SAN, NAS and Object storage technologies and highly secured BaR platform, including immutable offsite capability. We are looking for candidates with automation experience with aptitude for supporting technical automation, scripting, and runbook automation tools with passion to adopt and transform operations leveraging automation and AI.

This position will require 24x7 oncall rotation support and flexible on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Storage Operations and Reliability :

• Manage and maintain enterprise storage platforms (SAN, NAS, object storage) across global data centers and cloud environments.
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies for storage systems.
