Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Agency premium in the assigned location for the Health business.
- Monitor and drive Agency business in the location through :
- Agency Recruitment
- Agent Activation
- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
- Drive key agency metrics and ensure uniform practices across the location.
- Achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets as per defined business metrics.
- Provide strategic inputs from a geographical perspective; periodically review, design, and implement business plans.
- Ensure renewals are achieved as per targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Agency channel sales (preferably Health Insurance / General Insurance / Life Insurance) .Strong track record in achieving sales targets.Ability to recruit, activate, and engage agents effectively.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.Skills Required
