Role Overview
As the Head of Talent Management at AMGBT, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy as we continue to scale our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, succession planning, capability building, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring a future-ready talent pipeline aligned to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the overall talent management strategy for the GCC, aligned with AMGBT’s global people agenda and business growth objectives.
Leadership & Capability Development
Design and implement leadership development programs, functional capability frameworks, and skill enhancement initiatives across levels.
Performance & Potential Management
Drive talent reviews, assess potential, and enable career development journeys that link performance outcomes with growth opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Lead strategic engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience, motivation, and retention across clusters.
Organizational Development (OD)
Support structural design, culture-shaping initiatives, and change management interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Data-Driven Insights
Leverage talent analytics and metrics to identify trends, influence decisions, and continuously improve talent practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with HRBPs, L&D, and COEs globally to ensure alignment, consistency, and scalability of talent initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR COEs, ideally within GCCs, multinational corporations, or large enterprises.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent and leadership programs at scale.
Strong understanding of succession planning, competency frameworks, and potential assessment methodologies.
Experience in data-driven HR decision-making and leveraging analytics for talent insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills with an ability to influence senior leaders.
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration preferred.
