Experience : 8–12 years in B2C Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Strategic Partnerships

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth : Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead with Vision : Mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and onboard new business opportunities and alliances.
  • Client Success : Strengthen key accounts by delivering measurable ROI and ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics to optimize sales funnels, track performance, and refine strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Marketing and rest of the business functions to align sales goals with company vision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of leading B2C sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong background in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Performance Marketing .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
