OFFSHORE PLANNING ENGINEER-OIL&GAS

Position : Planning Engineer – Offshore Oil & Gas (Detailed Engineering)

Experience Level : 5–15 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for offshore Oil & Gas detailed engineering projects ,
• Prepare and maintain the Master Drawing List (MDL) and ensure all deliverables are tracked against approved schedules.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers, document control, procurement, and project teams to capture and reflect progress accurately.
• Report directly to the Project Manager , providing updates on schedule status, progress, bottlenecks, and mitigation measures.
• Track and report progress of all activities from project kick-off to issue of Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings to site.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and propose recovery plans / catch-up schedules.
• Facilitate weekly / monthly progress review meetings with stakeholders.
