Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive O&M Engineer to lead our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and safety of installed solar PV plants, while also managing a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership :  Manage and guide the O&M team (technicians, site engineers) to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Plant Operations :  Monitor performance of rooftop solar plants using remote monitoring tools; identify underperformance and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintenance Scheduling :  Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for inverters, modules, batteries, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
• Troubleshooting :  Lead fault diagnosis and corrective action on-site for electrical, mechanical, and communication issues.
• Compliance & Safety :  Ensure all work follows safety protocols, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Client Interaction :  Act as the technical point of contact for clients; provide performance reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management :  Oversee spare parts planning and procurement for O&M activities.
• Documentation :  Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of plant performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
