Summary :

Lead reliability and maintenance planning across the processing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Drive continuous improvement, asset reliability, and effective execution of sustaining Capex.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead reliability & maintenance planning across all plant areas
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies
• Develop and execute reliability and Capex improvement plans
• Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and team development
