Job descriptionAct as a wellness ambassador, educating HR professionals and corporate leaders on the benefits of employee wellness programs. Customize wellness solutions to meet specific company needs and workforce profiles. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure program adoption and renewal. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent client engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging and delivery. Collaborate on campaign strategies, wellness events, and promotional initiatives. Track and report sales performance, client engagement metrics, and wellness adoption rates. Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to refine positioning. Share market insights with leadership to guide product development and strategy. Prepare proposals, pricing packages, and contracts tailored to organizational needs. Negotiate terms with clarity and a focus on long-term value and mutual benefit. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 2 years of experience in Corporate Wellness. Strong skills in strategy, relationship management, negotiation, analytics, communication, and problem-solving. Adaptable and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
