We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Transformation & Change team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon / Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We Will Count on You To :

• Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for key organizational initiatives.
• Develop and deliver clear targeted communication materials and messaging to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to prepare employees for upcoming changes and build organizational readiness.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks resistance points and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor measure and report on change adoption metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted liaison between project teams and business units to ensure alignment address concerns promptly and foster collaboration.
