As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will utilize multiple sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates. Your role involves conducting initial resume screenings, phone interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates, administering and evaluating assessments, and extending job offers while negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work, and ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
