Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, with a good understanding of CPQ and Contracting processes. Experience with Playwright for automation is a plus.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.

Validate CPQ and Contracting workflows to ensure business requirements are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or similar.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing deliverables.

Maintain documentation of test results and QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

Experience testing Salesforce CPQ and Contract Management processes.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have :

Experience with Playwright or other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

Basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce APIs.

ISTQB or Salesforce certifications.

Saleforce Service cloud testing exp
