What you will bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex projects and large-scale implementations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and proficiency in developing Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Develop robust Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows to automate business processes and streamline operations.
• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data security best practices.
• Expertise in configuring Connected Apps and implementing OAuth authentication mechanisms for secure access control.
• Utilize Named Credentials to securely authenticate external services and APIs within Salesforce.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations, including REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (e.g., Queueable and Scheduled Jobs).
• Salesforce certifications
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving projects to successful completion.
