Responsibilities-

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce solutions and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs.
