About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative with 4–7 years of proven success in selling accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll services to clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and broader North American markets . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, social selling, events, and networking.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and RFPs tailored to client needs.
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across target geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients in North America.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 4–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in accounting and compliance services.
  • Market Knowledge : Proven experience selling to clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and North America.
