Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10+ members to achieve business targets.
Monitor store performance through accurate reporting and performance management.
Ensure stock planning, product availability, and effective visual merchandising.
Handle escalations with priority and ensure smooth customer service.
Conduct team briefings, reviews, and ensure adherence to store audits.
Collect and analyze market intelligence to enhance business strategies.
Maintain a customer-first environment and lead by example.
Drive sales growth by delivering the right product-service mix.
Key Skills & Requirements :
710 years of experience in retail sales & store management.
Prior experience in premium brand / upmarket retail segment preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Experience in handling 10+ team members for at least 23 years.
Computer savvy with expertise in Excel for reporting & analysis.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, think strategically, and deliver results.
Flexible and adaptable to retail working hours.
