Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Activation Manager located in South Delhi. The Activation Manager will be responsible for overseeing event logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of events, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing event budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with all stakeholders, handling on-site operations, and ensuring that events meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Develop and execute brand activation strategies aligned with client goals.

• Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to plan events and experiences.
• Translate brand objectives into engaging, on-ground or virtual activations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and client during the activation phase.
• Understand client expectations, and ensure their vision is brought to life effectively.
• Hire, train, and manage brand ambassadors or event staff.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for production, logistics, and tech support.
• Manage activation budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare post-event reports, including KPIs, consumer engagement metrics, and feedback.

Provide recommendations for improvement in future activations.
