    The Opportunity : Your Mandate to Drive Global Impact

    This is not a typical resource management role. As the Director of Resource Management, you are a hands-on, strategic leader tasked with a clear mission : to revolutionize resource allocation across LearningMate's entire global footprint.

    You will take complete ownership of our large-scale RMG function, transforming it from a scheduling task into a strategic, predictive, and data-driven engine for business growth. In an organization built on specialized talent—from learning designers and engineers to data scientists—your ability to optimize the deployment of this talent is central to our success.

    You will be the central brain trust for our most critical asset : our people. Your goal is to ensure we have the right talent, with the right skills, on the right projects, at the right time, across LearningMate offices.

    What You'll Achieve (Key Responsibilities)

    • Strategic RMG & Financial Leadership : Architect, own, and lead the global resource management strategy, transforming resource deployment into a primary driver of financial health. You will own the economic framework for our talent, moving beyond reactive fulfillment to build a proactive model that forecasts demand, identifies skill gaps, and optimizes key delivery metrics like global utilization, billability, and project-level margins.
    • Establish & Lead Global RMG Governance : Design and operate the central 'run-the-business' forums for resource management. This includes leading weekly staffing and pipeline reviews with business leaders, monthly capacity and forecast planning sessions, and quarterly strategic workforce reviews with the executive team.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making : Be the master of data and dashboards. You will design, build, and maintain a suite of sophisticated dashboards that provide a real-time, consolidated view of global resource capacity, demand, forecast, and utilization.
    • Strategic Business Partnership : Act as a key strategic partner to business unit heads, Finance, and Talent Acquisition . You will use your "thought process" and brainstorming skills to resolve complex allocation challenges, manage the bench effectively, and find creative solutions to capacity constraints. Your demand forecast will be the primary input that drives the global hiring plan.
    • Talent Optimization : Champion the "capstone" talent strategy. You will integrate data from HR functions (like performance feedback, skills matrices, and career aspirations) with RMG metrics. Your analysis will ensure we are not just filling seats, but also deploying our top performers effectively and providing growth opportunities.
    • Hands-On Leadership : Serve as a "player-coach" to the RMG team. You will mentor your direct reports while leading deep-dive analyses and owning the integrity and strategic narrative of all RMG reporting, understanding the details at all levels of the organization.
    • Process Engineering : Continuously refine and document RMG processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy across our global operations.
    • Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)

    • Proven RMG Expertise : You have significant experience (ideally 12+ years) leading a large-scale, global resource management function (supporting 2000+ employees) within a technology services, consulting, or EdTech organization.
    • Dashboard & Reporting Master : You are an expert in data visualization and reporting. You have advanced, hands-on skills in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel, and a proven ability to build dashboards that tell a clear, actionable story.
    • Analytical & Strategic Mindset : You possess an exceptional "thought process" for resolving issues. You don't just report the data; you analyze it, find the "why," and proactively propose solutions to business challenges.
    • Business & Financial Acumen : You have a deep understanding of how to connect traditional RMG metrics (utilization, forecast accuracy) not only with HR functional data (performance, skills) but with core financial metrics (billability, project margins) to build a holistic talent deployment strategy.
    • Collaborative & Communicative : You are a natural-born collaborator, comfortable brainstorming with senior leaders and communicating complex data to stakeholders at all levels, from junior team members to the executive suite.
    • Hands-On & Resilient : You are a leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves, check the data, build the report, and lead from the front in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
