Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The role involves customer acquisition, broker partnerships, and lead conversion through a mix of direct sales, relationship building, and on-ground marketing. High performers will have the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through broker networks, direct outreach, and field visits.
• Assist in building partnerships with real estate brokers, corporate clients, and local businesses.
• Support lead conversion from both online and offline channels.
• Participate in property visits, explain offerings, and help in closing rental deals.
• Contribute to on-ground marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, auto banner placements, and local campaigns.
• Gather market insights and share customer feedback with the management team.
