Job Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Ensure billing as per agreed terms and timelines.
• Follow up and report on outstanding account receivables.
• Track and manage purchase orders (PO) and renewals in a timely manner.
• Prepare proposals and presentations addressing client objectives and requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
