About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to help us acquire our first wave of customers for our next-generation AI and agentic technology platform (agentmp.Ai) . You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, targeting, and converting mid-market and enterprise prospects who could benefit from our intelligent automation and decision-support solutions. This is a high-impact, execution-driven role working directly with the founding team to establish scalable acquisition and marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Run targeted lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar platforms to identify relevant B2B prospects.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and inbound interest.
- Collaborate with founders to position AI solutions effectively in niche verticals and refine go-to-market messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for conversion efficiency .
- Coordinate with internal and partner teams to manage follow-ups, demos, and onboarding .
- Support early growth by experimenting with make-to-order acquisition models before scaling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or SaaS lead acquisition .Proven track record of running successful campaigns and converting leads into qualified opportunities.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot , or similar CRM / automation tools.Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.Analytical mindset to test, measure, and refine targeting and performance.Prior exposure to AI, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus.Compensation
💰 Salary Range : ₹10 – ₹20 lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance).
