Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing and Estimation Engineer - Interiors based in Bengaluru. The Billing and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to project estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantity (BOQ), conducting research, negotiating with vendors, and collaborating closely with the civil engineering team. The day-to-day tasks include detailed project estimations, cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and detailed project estimations
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct thorough research
• Excellent analytical and cost management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is an asset
• Prior experience in interior design or construction industry is a plus
