Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Estimation Engineer specializing in interiors and tendering. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for generating accurate BOQs, conducting project estimations, negotiating with vendors and contractors, and performing research to support project planning and execution. The candidate will collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• BOQ and Project Estimation skills
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Negotiation and Research skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
