Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering and Billing Engineer - Interior based in Bengaluru. The key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQs), performing quantity surveying, conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. Additionally, the individual will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate evaluations and submissions aligned with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQs and knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in Rate Analysis.
• Competency in handling Billing Systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in interior design or construction projects is an advantage.
• Also Tendering Documentation Knowledge.
