About the role :

As Affiliate Marketing Manager at SuperAGI , you’ll design the strategy, recruit high-quality Affiliates, and turn Affiliates into a predictable revenue channel while growing the ecosystem. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Sales Ops, Legal, and Finance, and you’ll be measured on net-new revenue, Affiliate activation rate, and Affiliate retention. If you like building systems, not just running campaigns, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities :

Affiliate Strategy & Execution

  • Create and scale the SuperAGI Affiliate Program from the ground up.
  • Build the operating model : Affiliate lifecycle, onboarding flows, activation triggers, and enablement plan
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-value Affiliates, Creators, and Communities.
  • Define commission structures, performance tiers, and incentive programs aligned with business goals.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and optimize KPIs such as Conversions, Activations, MRR growth among others.
  • Conduct A / B testing on creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine Affiliate acquisition and retention.
  • Relationship & Affiliate Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliates
  • Collaborate with YouTubers, Influencers, and Communities
  • Provide Affiliates with marketing assets, onboarding materials, and support.
  • Create the Affiliate resource hub : messaging, product one-pagers, demo scripts, banners, email swipes, video walkthroughs, and deep links.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with growth, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Align Affiliate activities with broader marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Collaborate with data / engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with SuperAGI’s brand guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
  • Detects and prevents fraudulent traffic or misuse.
  • Maintain detailed performance dashboards and share insights with leadership.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in creating & driving Affiliate Programs - ideally in a SaaS / Tech / Startup environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact through Affiliate Programs
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with CRM / Analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and ownership
