Job description11+ years of total IT experience , with strong relevant experience in automation testing and project management. Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or similar). Solid knowledge of Java / Python scripting , API testing, and frameworks. Experience in integrating automation with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Strong project management skills with experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management , communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory). Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Previous experience managing distributed / offshore teams.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Automation Testing and proven management skills . The ideal candidate will bring 11+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on expertise in test automation, project execution, and people management. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation testing projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish and enforce test automation best practices, frameworks, and processes.
- Provide technical leadership in automation testing (Selenium, Java, API Testing, CI / CD integration).
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies and conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Mentor and guide teams to improve efficiency, quality, and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project progress and challenges.
- Track project metrics and present reports to senior management.
