Key Responsibilities :
- Lead sub-contract management for large fabrication packages in coordination with Project Managers / Directors.
- Manage end-to-end supplier processes : qualification, tendering, proposal management, and contract execution.
- Develop and negotiate detailed contractual agreements, including frame agreements, with suppliers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to manage third-party services and day-to-day operations.
- Create and implement strategic contracting approaches based on risk-aware execution models.
- Transition sub-contracting strategies from back-to-back to informed risk distribution (knowledge-based approach).
- Support bid teams in proposal development, risk identification, scope definition, and contractual negotiations.
- Manage commercial risk across project scopes through risk review and reporting processes.
- Support proposal strategy and commercial operations for projects under existing agreements.
- Contribute to the development of consortium agreements and support subsea and Fullstream commercial initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Procurement, or a related field in energy / commercial sectors.Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication contract management in oil & gas or construction project environments.Strong knowledge of oil and gas contract terms, conditions, and negotiation practices.Proven international commercial support experience within complex industries.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex contract issues across all organizational levels.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with sound commercial judgment.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Skills Required
