Job descriptionLeading and supervising a team of claims processors / adjudicators Ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of healthcare / insurance claims as per company policies, client guidelines, and compliance regulations Monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Driving process improvements, quality initiatives, and productivity enhancements Conducting regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals Coordinating with quality and training teams to address performance gaps and skill development.

Education : Any Graduate
Experience Required
- Minimum 4.6 years of overall experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a SME (on papers)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
