Experience Required
- Minimum 4.6 years of overall experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a SME (on papers)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Role Overview
The Team Leader – Claims Adjudication will be responsible for :
Leading and supervising a team of claims processors / adjudicatorsEnsuring accurate and timely adjudication of healthcare / insurance claims as per company policies, client guidelines, and compliance regulationsMonitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Driving process improvements, quality initiatives, and productivity enhancementsConducting regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisalsCoordinating with quality and training teams to address performance gaps and skill development.Skills Required
