As an Outlet Manager overseeing the beverage portfolio, you will be responsible for curating exceptional beverage experiences, managing operations, and leading a dynamic F&B team. You will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and ensuring operational excellence across all beverage outlets, including bars, lounges, restaurants, private dining, and banquets.
Key Responsibilities :
Beverage Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with beverage partners and vendors to create value-driven experiences for guests.
- Curate and manage beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Plan special promotions, activations, and beverage-led events to enhance revenue.
- Stay updated on local and international beverage trends to ensure innovative offerings.
- Oversee inventory control, cost management, and compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations.
- Lead and train bartenders, bar chefs, and beverage servers to maintain top-tier service standards.
- Collaborate on exclusive offerings for events, VIP guests, and private functions.
Outlet Operations Management
Prepare and monitor outlet budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly reports; identify deviations from business goals.Implement profit enhancement programs in collaboration with kitchen and marketing departments.Conduct daily departmental briefings and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain outlet cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.Handle guest complaints professionally and provide personalized service.Perform administrative tasks including cashier operations, stock management, and communication logs.Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and develop outlet team members; identify high-potential talent.Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Monitor team appearance, attitude, and professionalism; enforce company standards.Prepare weekly schedules and payroll reports aligned with business needs and operating budgets.Conduct monthly meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Drive sales for restaurants and bars, generating group and event business.Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, social organizations, and key accounts.Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events to enhance outlet visibility.Define KPIs, create offers, negotiate prices, and close contracts related to beverage operations.Experience & Skills :
