Role (Full-time, On-site)
Lead Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Transport operations.Ensure smooth arrivals / departures, VIP handling, and lobby experience.Coordinate room status with Housekeeping; prioritize rush / early check-ins.Oversee reservations, OTA coordination, upselling, and rate adherence.Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit oversight.Train, roster, and mentor the front-office team; maintain SOPs.Handle guest feedback / escalations and drive service recovery.Track KPIs (GSS, upsell, wait time, audit scores) and submit reports.Use PMS / POS tools for allocation, forecasting, and MIS.Qualifications
Proven experience as Front Office Manager / Assistant Manager.Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Hands-on with PMS / reservations and basic revenue concepts.Knowledge of cashiering, night audit, and compliance standards.Degree / Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).English fluency; Tamil / local language an advantage.Flexibility for shifts / weekends / holidays.
