Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for iScala ERP system users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of iScala software solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems and improve user experience.
- Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities.
- Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest iScala releases and features to provide informed support.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
