iScala Technical Engineer

Job descriptionBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience working with iScala ERP solutions. Strong understanding of financial modules within iScala . Proficiency in programming languages relevant to iScala customization (e. g. , SQL, C#, etc. ). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement iScala solutions tailored to business processes and user requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and provide technical support for iScala applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions.
- Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on iScala functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iScala applications.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides.
