What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Set team direction, clear blockers, and instill ownership and accountability.
• Stay close enough to the code to guide, review, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Drive sprint planning, technical reviews, and architectural decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
