Engineering Manager - Frontend

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead frontend teams building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The candidate should combine deep technical expertise with strong people management and agile leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Drive architecture decisions and enforce best practices for frontend scalability and maintainability.
• Build and manage high-performing engineering teams through mentoring and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Establish testing frameworks and ensure automated test coverage.
• Implement agile practices and track team velocity, delivery, and quality metrics.
• Ensure frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Oversee hiring, skill development, and career growth of team members.
